The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) through the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) has collaborated with the Center for Technical Education and Training of the Supreme Court (MA), Saturday (31/08).
Related to efforts to strengthen the capacity of judges in handling land and spatial planning cases.
This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement which took place at the Hall of the Research and Development and Training Agency for Legal Aid and Justice, MA, Megamendung, Bogor Regency on (30/08/2024)
“It is an integral part of the collaborative efforts between the Ministry of ATR/BPN and the MA, which aims to strengthen the capacity of judges in handling cases related to land and spatial planning, which have recently become increasingly complex and dynamic,” explained Plt. Head of PPSDM Ministry of ATR/BPN, Hardian.
According to him, this collaboration was motivated by the urgent need to improve the understanding and skills of judges in deciding land cases that often arise in court.
“Along with economic growth and infrastructure development, land disputes often involve complex legal aspects.
So it requires careful and precise handling.
With this cooperation, we are committed to creating a fairer and more efficient legal system in managing very valuable land resources,” said Hardian.
Head of the Agency for Research and Development & Education and Training of Law and Justice, Bambang Heri Mulyono also stated that this cooperation is a strategic step that can be taken by the Supreme Court in realizing a better justice system.
“One thing we can provide from the ranks of the judiciary is that we realize a good system, by preparing judges who are truly ready for all cases related to land,” he said.
The Cooperation Agreement was signed by the Acting Head of PPSDM of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Hardian and the Head of the Center for Technical Education and Training of the Supreme Court.
