Alvin Lim in his statement in the National Mass Media stated How can the act of falsifying a document not be a criminal act, I am very surprised and honestly very tickled by the decision which is currently being appealed by the Medan City Prosecutor’s Office.

Alvin Lim added, I am a little nostalgic for the decision at the Medan City District Court which is very similar to the Ronald Tanur Decision which was acquitted at the first level.

“However, the cassation was firmly found guilty and similar to the Indosurya verdict which was acquitted at the first level but was found guilty at the cassation. Hopefully the Supreme Court will declare the defendants guilty and grant the Medan City Prosecutor’s Office’s cassation,” he added.
