Alvin Lim in his press statement stated that he had sent a warning letter to Pratiwi Noviyanthi and Koko Hiro Chimot regarding content containing hate speech related to SARA, Friday (06/12).
“Both in writing and in an open video via Youtube, I as Agus Salim’s attorney have delivered an open warning to NP and KHC regarding content containing hate speech against SARA.
They may not be aware that blind people are a group of disabilities regulated in Article 28 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law and are threatened with 6 years in prison. I want to see if later when questioned by the police they can still smile and dance mockingly.”
Alvin Lim said that it was different from Farhat Abbas who fought for Agus Salim’s money. Alvin Lim emphasized the fight against hoaxes and hate speech that damage social media and Indonesian netizens.

The Chief of Criminal Investigation Unit Commissioner General Wahyu Widada immediately responded and answered Alvin Lim’s communication.
