A former employee of the Supreme Court,” said OC Kaligis in Jakarta, Tuesday.

This is related to the AGO asking Kaligis for information regarding news in the media as if he was aware of the bribery case against judges in Surabaya.

However, in the bribery of the three judges, LR was also arrested, who Kaligis knew was the case broker, and LR explained this to the Head of the Attorney General’s Office of the Penkum.

According to him, since 2009, LR came to his office in the Majapahit Plaza area, Central Jakarta to take part in processing Sheikh Puji’s criminal case at the cassation level.

Even at that time LR asked for several billion in processing money, but after that LR disappeared and was unable to contact him.

During a search at LR’s office, a handwritten note was found in the drawer in question, including the word Oce (cassation).

However, based on these findings, Kaligis reported to Pidsus that the LR notes were related to cassation case no. 445/Pdt,G/2023 PN JKT. Utara because he lost twice at the District Court and the High Court (PT).

Lawsuit number 445 is the case between Kaligis and Isidorus, who was represented by LR’s attorney.

Because he knew that LR was an expert in court matters, he could have predicted beforehand that LR would try to bribe the judge to win the lawsuit that Kaligis was bringing forward.
